Each yoga video sequence is adapted to the appropriate level of my clients. For those that have limited mobility, I use chair yoga or restorative yoga as an excellent way to help individuals receive all of the benefits of yoga.
Customized affirmations, breathwork and meditations are created to help you release the stress, anxiety, and depression. So you can increase your energy, hope and balance to truly heal and feel whole.
