A Thoughtful Approach to Whole-Person Wellness
Recalibrate Wellness was created to support sustainable health through integrative nutrition, lifestyle guidance, and preventative care — rooted in education, intention, and real life.

Inspiring Change
My name is Sarita Rodriguez
Recalibrate Wellness is the culmination of my own journey of growth, self-awareness, and transformation — and a deep desire to help others create meaningful, lasting change in their lives. Before entering the wellness space, I spent many years working in the fashion and beauty industry as a stylist, makeup artist, instructor, and model. While creative and dynamic, that world also exposed me to the pressures, stress, and disconnection many people experience beneath the surface — even when everything appears “together” on the outside. My transition into holistic wellness began as a personal exploration of self-care, balance, and long-term health. What started as a desire to better understand my own well-being evolved into a commitment to education and service — supporting others in building healthier, more aligned lives.
Philosophy
A Whole-Person Perspective
I believe health is not created through extremes, rigid rules, or quick fixes.

True well-being is built by understanding how nutrition, lifestyle, stress, movement, mindset, and daily rhythms interact — and by making informed, sustainable choices that fit real life.

At Recalibrate Wellness, the focus is on education, personalization, and prevention. Rather than prescribing a single method, I guide clients in discovering what works best for their body, needs, and season of life.

This work is about building awareness, resilience, and long-term capacity — not perfection.
Education & Training
My work is grounded in comprehensive training in integrative nutrition, lifestyle medicine, and preventative health.
As a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, RYT-200, and Ayurvedic Specialist, my education exposed me to a wide range of evidence-informed dietary philosophies and holistic health approaches — including Ayurvedic principles, whole-food nutrition, plant-forward and paleo-inspired frameworks, and mind-body wellness practices.

This breadth of training allows me to support clients with nuance and personalization, rather than applying a single philosophy or rigid method.
My professional education includes coursework and training informed by leading voices in nutrition, functional medicine, and holistic health, with instruction associated with institutions such as:

-
The Institute for Integrative Nutrition
-
Harvard School of Public Health
-
The Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine
-
Mount Sinai School of Medicine
-
New York University
This foundation supports a whole-person, integrative approach while keeping care practical, personalized, and aligned with real life.

This education reflects professional training and coursework, not degree programs from the institutions listed above.
Professional Recognition
My work has been recognized by organizations and publications including:
-
Las Vegas Entrepreneur Magazine (Top Coach, 2021)
-
Las Vegas Sun (Cover Feature, June 2022)

My role is to guide, support, and educate — so clients feel empowered, informed, and confident in caring for their health long-term.
