Most teens are never taught how their body actually works — until something goes wrong.
Recalibrate Kids: Balanced Bodies & Minds changes that.
This 6-week experience introduces teens to the foundational pillars of preventative health — the understanding that how we eat, move, sleep, and manage stress today shapes how we feel for years to come.
Through weekly 60-minute classes rooted in integrative nutrition and yoga philosophy, your teen will build real tools for energy, focus, emotional balance, and lifelong well-being.
Starting June 22, 2026. In-person only.

Balanced Bodies & Minds was created to help teens feel more connected, confident, and supported as they learn how to care for their body, mind, and overall well-being.

Students will also receive an individualized wellness consultation included as part of the program experience following the 6-week program.
This personalized session is designed to thoughtfully review key concepts learned throughout the experience, encourage meaningful personal reflection, identify areas where additional guidance and support may be beneficial, and help students build a clear, sustainable plan for continuing healthy lifestyle practices with confidence.
