Recalibrate Wellness is led by Sarita Rodriguez, an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, RYT-200, and Ayurvedic Specialist.
Sarita works with adults who are high-functioning in their daily lives but feel depleted, overwhelmed, or disconnected from their health beneath the surface. Her approach blends integrative nutrition, lifestyle coaching, stress management, and mind-body practices to support sustainable, preventative well-being.
With a background in both wellness and personal development, Sarita brings a calm, grounded presence to her work — helping clients feel supported, educated, and empowered rather than overwhelmed or restricted.
